Positive living – why are the negatives still there?
Why do you still have negative things happen in your life, even if you practice having a positive mindset, live positively and with gratitude.
Let me explain it to you this way:
When you first learn about positive gratuitous thinking you are like a jar filled with dirt.
As you begin to change your mindset you begin to wash out some of that dirt.
But it doesn’t get cleaned out with just one try. It takes time to train our minds into seeing silver linings.
We need to not get discouraged and still continue thinking positively. As we strengthen our positive “muscles”, it becomes easier to cleanse our minds of negative thought patterns and emotions.
Once the jar is clean the water will remain clean –
we are however still exposed to outside negative influences. We therefore need to keep cleansing every day, with thoughts of gratitude, good memories, new ideas and inspirations. If not we simply accumulate all the dirt we are exposed to and find that we are right back at square 1 all over again!
Persistence is the word here. We have to realise that results don’t come with a flick of fingers, after a few days you will feel better, but after a month it will be notably so.
Keep the faith!
Remember problems that come in to your life are merely lessons… and as you overcome each issue you grow…
Every single one of us on the planet are made differently and so will be the manifestation time – as you are working through your limitations caused by negative patterns.
Don’t give up. The “water” will slowly “erode” the “rocks” in your way and you will see how the universe has been blessing you abundantly all along!
