My healing journey

Thinking that I can finally crack open that bottle of champagne I bought for my 40th.
Yeah, it was an entire month and a few days ago and my bottle has been sitting waiting patiently for me to celebrate.
So you know why I haven’t celebrated yet, I was on drugs…

I don’t have to attend every argument I’m invited to – energy vampires

I have chosen to live simply, live gratefully and live my life in a way that is authentic to me and my journey.  Read the rest of this entry

Countless studies have shown that children show significant psychological and physiological effects in terms of their health and well-being when they interact with plants. They demonstrate that children function better cognitively and emotionally in green environments and have more creative play in green areas.

A large public health report that investigated the association between green spaces and mental health concluded that “access to nature can significantly contribute to our mental capital and wellbeing”.

One report concluded with the following: “safe, green spaces may be as effective as prescription drugs in treating some forms of mental illnesses”.

Feeling B L E S S E D

I have a smile on my face and I am feeling good right down to my core.

My journey to get here wasn’t simple. Like I always say “I am a work in progress”.

SO let me give you the short of it.

Not to be negative but a lot of people don’t surprise me by their actions. Others really do.

This is one of those – “you told you so” moments.

I am always better at helping someone else with their problems

When it comes to me- I either put myself last or I struggle through regardless…
